Below are some of the frequently asked questions related to iFleetONE™

TERMINAL LED is red.

  • Restart the terminal
  • Restart the terminal in Safe Mode and perform firmware upgrade using the latest firmware release

ANTENNA (ADU) LED is red.

  • Make sure that a correct type of RF cable is used and the length of the cable does not exceed the maximum length as indicated in the product specification
  • Make sure that the RF connectors (at both terminal and ADU ends) are secured
  • Make sure that a correct type of power supply is used and it supports maximum current ratings as indicated in the product specification. Recommended at least 10 Amperes.
  • Make sure that the ADU is in working condition

REGISTERERED LED is red.

  • Make sure that a proper Fleet One SIM card is used for network registration
  • Make sure that there is no scheduled BGAN network outage
  • Retry by re-inserting the SIM card into the SIM card slot before restarting the terminal

DATA ACTIVE LED is red.

  • Make sure that the data connection is activated on the web console
  • Please check with your SIM service provider to ensure the credits are topped out.

The iFleetONE terminal does not support PPPoE.

a) Check if you are using the correct Fleet One SIM card, not FleetBroadband SIM card.
b) Make sure the SIM card is already activated by your SIM service provider
c) Make sure that the SIM card is properly inserted into the SIM card slot
d) Retry by re-inserting the SIM card into the SIM card slot before restarting the terminal
e) Use another SIM card to isolate the problem

The terminal does not have any hardware of factory reset button. However, you may initiate factory reset via the web console.

a) From the web console log in page, log in with the following
b) Username: admin
c) Password: (leave it blank)
d) Click the button “Log in”
e) A token code will show up. Take note of the token code
f) Email the Token code to support@wideye.com.sg
g) Wideye support will provide you the password.

Yes, the iFleetONE terminal supports AT commands. AT commands is not available for download but you may submit your request via our online technical support
