In 30 October 2002, Addvalue executed a product design and development agreement with Inmarsat Limited (now known as Inmarsat Global Limited) to develop a low-cost pocket size Inmarsat Broadband Global Area Network Terminal (the "pocket sized BGAN Terminal") with voice and data capabilities. The pocket sized BGAN Terminal, which will be compatible with the Universal Mobile Telecommunication Systems (UMTS), a third generation (3G) mobile technology, will be deployed in conjunction with the Inmarsat Broadband Global Area Network ("BGAN").
Inmarsat began operating in 1979 and today is the leading provider of global mobile satellite communication services. It owns a fleet of 10 geostationary satellites from which a wide range of voice and data services are accessed by end users at sea, on land and in the air.

In 1999, Addvalue was engaged by Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (SSRI) to design satellite digital audio receivers for their Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) in the US. SSRI is a Nasdaq-listed US incorporated company.
SSRI's radio service is subscription based and consists of 100 channels of radio programming. Which 50 channels consist of advertisement-free, compact disc-quality music and another 50 channels of news, sports and entertainment programs. This service offers unique, broad content with an extensive array of niche programming which will appeal to all demographic groups and it is targeted at the 200 million US motorists market.
