1. PROJECT MANAGER
Reports to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or a senior level manager designated by him. He/She shall be empowered by CTO to effectively discharge his responsibilities to successful plan, lead, coordinate, and implement all tasks that shall lead to the successful completion of a project according to the project goals and objectives. He or She may be assigned to more than one project depending on circumstances.
Responsibilites:
To oversee all aspects of a product development project from the start to the end of a project.
- Plan and implement project budget and schedule with the key stakeholders and project team members.
- Conduct project review meetings and ensure project tracking lists are maintained to set priority for problem resolving.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and work closely with functional managers to plan and resolve problems pertaining to resource management, team members' relationship and morale concerns and any other project implementation problems
- Monitor project expending versus planned budget and alert higher management when budget or schedule is expected to be over-run,
- Provide regular project update and highlight key issues in executive report to higher management and client's management.
- Coordinate with clients and other external suppliers to maintain relationship and support for the project overall success.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Science
- At least 3 years of working experience as project engineer or leader in electronic product development or manufacturing environment equivalent Those who have been through electronic communications products development and design management will have an added advantage.
- Proficiency in applications of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent software.
- Well verse with project management concepts and principles. Ability to form baseline documents for risk management and configuration change management.
- Excellent in communications skills in at least English (written and spoken). Those who have a second language will have an added advantage.
- Emotionally mature and pleasant in disposition and adept at interpersonal relationship.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Product Development Project Activities detailed by Project Manager.
- Components Sourcing via liaising with Vendors or Distributors on quotations, sample requests.

Requirements:
A good diploma in Electrical / Electronics from a recognized institution
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, however Fresh Graduate with positive learning attitude will be considered.
Singaporean or Malaysian will be preferred.

Requirements:

- 2 years of working experiences in product development.
- Good in circuit designs using embedded microprocessors, FPGAs.

5. DEVELOPMENT TEST ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the Product Development Programme via conducting system testing for wireless and communication products.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics/Communications/Computer Engineering, or a Diploma in Electronics/communications/computer engineering with at least 3 relevant years of working experiences.
- Minimum 1 ~ 2 years experience in the areas of LAN, WAN, Ethernet, USB development and testing.

6. EMBEDDED SYSTEM FIRMWARE DESIGN ENGINEER/STAFF ENGINEER
Responsibilites:
- Responsible for design and firmware implementation of communication protocols for modern telecommunication equipment including firmware integration.
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering field.
- Minimum 10 years of embedded programming experience in C/C++ with debugging experience using ICE. Assembly Language knowledge.
- Preferably with knowledge of 3GPP NAS layer, 3GPP AT Commands and its functionality/GSM/GRPS.
- Experience in VxWorks or similar RTOS on ARM core processor or any RISC processor.
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle with formal methodology, including exposure to Configuration Management. Exposure to CMMI process is desirable.

- An experienced Embedded Software Engineer to develop the software layers and drivers for our next-generation Satellite-Based communication devices. You are expected to take part in the requirement study, design, coding, testing and documentation of the software features in the product.

10. MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
- Responsible for the Design of all mechanical parts for all types of enclosures, modules, accessories and Packaging.
- Creates mechanical documents, technical specifications, part number and BOM generation and simple Proto-type making.
- Provides support to production for every new model and existing model issues and liaise with vendors for any design improvement needed.
- Ensure design rules and guidelines are complied with.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant experiences and proficiency in Pro-E (wildfire-2) 3D CAD tools.
- Sound Knowledge on material properties and processes for plastic, sheet metal, rubber, Die cast, and packaging materials.
- With background on preparing preliminary PCB layout.

11. ASSOCIATE ENGINEER
- Perform firmware and hardware verification during product development phase.
- Liaise with developers on issues found and provide useful suggestions to improve the product user-friendliness.
- Work with team members to collate and summarize test summary report for every firmware releases.
- Conduct test status meeting with developers to go through the Bug tracking list.
- Propose additional test cases for new product features.
- Keep the test plans updated and organized for ISO audit
Requirements:
