1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsible for creating, nurturing and fulfilling business sales for existing and new products and services for the company

Responsibilites:

    • Responsible for creating, nurturing and fulfilling business sales for existing and new products and services for the company.
    • Establishing new clients and provide customer relation services for global market (excluding China).
    • Prepare business proposals.
    • Collating market data for competitive analysis and assessing the product competitiveness.
    • Establish and maintained documented procedures for contract review and coordinate contract review activities.
    • Ensure requirements of contract and order are adequately defined and documented before implementation.
    • Resolve any differences between the contract or order requirements and those in the tender.
    • Ensure organization has the capability to meet the contract or order requirements.
    • Maintain records of contract reviews.
    • Preparing of invoices to be billed to customers
    • Short traveling abroad is expected

Requirements:

    • Bachelor/Master Degree in IT or Engineering or Business Administrations.
    • At least 6years proven track record on broadband and wireless communication products, preferably in satellite communications or multimedia broadband industries.
    • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and office applications.
    • Excellent communications and presentation skills in English and preferably also in Mandarin.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with internal teams and external customers on resolution of multi-disciplinary issues to close deals.
    • A disciplined dynamic individual with foresight and strong personal network to help boost and realize company sales

Nationality:

  • Any, Singaporean / PR will be preferred

FINANCE MANAGER


Responsibilites:
  • Conversant with SGX listing rules and FRS.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of financial and accounting functions including management and statutory reporting, review of internal control policies and financial policies, cash flow management.
  • Liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers, legal advisors and relevant authority bodies.
  • Possess good inter-personnel skills, organizational skills, self-driven, high initiative, hands-on approach and excellent writing skills preferred.
  • Good knowledge of project accounting advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy and a CPA with ICPAS.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years of audit experience with Big 4 audit firm.
  • Able to start immediately a definite advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet the above requirements.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER

Planning, developing and implementing repair and return service strategy (under warranty and after warranty) and policy to provide quality service support to our customers.

Responsibilites:

    • Define, design and implement various technical service capabilities for in-house repair support and source and manage oversea authorized services centers.
    • Establish repair and replacement policy for overseas support.
    • Set up internet-based front desk management and monitor customer feedback to ensure quality after sales support .
    • Manage RMA operations to ensure proper for logistic and inventory control.
    • Report and monitor customer services performance factor for continual improvement and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or University Graduate Electronic/Mechanical.
  • 3 years in repair process operations in an electronic product company with overseas market presence.
  • Mature, track record of experience in customer services management.
  • Senior engineer/executive in relevant field with minimum 5 years are welcome to apply
  • Good communications skills (written and spoken in at least English, plus preferably Mandarin)
  • A working technical background in communications product industry will be an added advantage.
